This whole year I have spent a lot of time resmelling the fragrances that I did not care for when I started to explore perfumery. This has led me to retry many “animalic” fragrances. In this video I do my best to explain what animalic fragrances are, as well as show some of the ones I own and enjoy. Again, most of these fragrances I did not enjoy at first and took multiple tries over many months to gain an appreciation for. For additional recommendations on animalic fragrances, I would point you in the direction of Basenotes.net where you can perform a forum search thru many threads on this topic. I hope you enjoy the video, and I encourage you to leave comments on this blog and on the video page letting us know some of your favorite animalic fragrances or interesting experiences you have had with them.
Where oh where did the fall season go? I don’t know about you, but it is always my busiest time of year. I hope all of you had a great holiday season, and that your New Year’s resolutions are starting to materialize.
In this video, I bring you my favorite niche fragrances for the cold weather. The weather hasn’t been too cold where I am at, but I am still finding plenty of time to wear these heavy hitters. These are some of my favorite fragrances ever. Enjoy the video, and please leave me a comment about what are some of your favorite cold weather colognes and perfumes.
You may or may not have found my blog because of my YouTube videos. I most likely will not post every video here on this blog, but there are some that definitely will be added such as my top for each season lists. This video is where I list my favorite designer fragrances for Fall 2011. Every fragrance on this list can be had for well under $100 at the time of posting. You can definitely expect to see reviews of some of these here in the future.
